All orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We currently ship primarily within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All products are carefully packed to protect fragile items (glass bottles, mastic crystals, honey jars) during transit. We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account and checking your order history.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@atasteofchios.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-food items (skincare, soaps) may be returned unused in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
